Meet Cher Louise Jones
I’m a teacher, author, and creator of children’s books and educational resources designed to help children build confidence, develop resilience, and navigate life’s challenges. With more than 20 years’ experience across primary, secondary, and SEND settings, I’ve seen how powerful stories can be in helping children understand themselves, talk about difficult feelings, and make sense of the world.
Through Feisty Scholar, I create story-led books and practical resources that explore themes such as confidence, friendship, grief, resilience, emotional wellbeing, diversity, and personal growth.
My aim is to support parents, teachers, and caregivers with meaningful, engaging resources that help children feel valued, understood, and capable of thriving. Please follow the links below to find the free resources developed to help you guide your child through difficult times. I hope they help.
Warm wishes,
Cher
